Virtual Arabic for Kids Language Courses
Al-Bustan is offering virtual Arabic language classes designed for children ages 4 - 17 with Ms. Amani Abduh. Register your kids for 45 min after-school classes, offered twice a week, and start witnessing the progress in your children's skills in reading, writing, speaking and understanding Arabic.
"My son was proud this holiday season to show off his new Arabic vocabulary to his visiting relatives", testimony by mother of a student attending the winter 2024 semester.
Our classes merge education and entertainment, utilizing technology to engage and motivate younger students to memorize alphabets and words through online games during class. While we teach Modern Standard Arabic, especially for earlier levels, our main focus is on teaching children the proper pronunciation of the alphabets and building vocabulary that can be used in any dialect. Ms. Amani practices various Levantine dialects throughout the classes.
Our instructor Ms. Amani Abduh is an experienced Arabic language instructor since 2007. She is from Syria and has a B.A. degree in Arabic language and literature from Damascus University, is an ACTFL/ILR OPI Tester since 2022, and a poetry and children's stories writer.
