RENT OUT AL-BUSTAN

About the space:

In 2024, Al-Bustan joined Crane Arts, The Clay Studio and other cultural hubs along the N. American Street Arts Corridor in South Kensington, Philadelphia. Located only a few blocks from the bustling Frankford Ave, our space is an ideal location to host your next event.

Important info:

• Al-Bustan is located at 310 W Master St. Philadelphia PA, 19122.

• The rental space includes approximately 1000 square feet of open space in an art gallery, an enclosed library area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

• We can accommodate 80 people seated and 120 standing.

• Al-Bustan is located on the second floor, and is not wheelchair accessible.

• The rental space is first and foremost an art-gallery, so artwork on display at the time of your rental cannot be moved or rearranged for your event.

• Guests are able to utilize our kitchenette and serve food and drink, so long as the plan for prep, storage and cleanup is submitted and approved by Al-Bustan.

• Al-Bustan is an alcohol-free venue. No exceptions!

• A deposit is required to reserve the space, and the rental fee must be paid in full on the day of the event.

• All events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

How to reserve the space:

In order to reserve our space, please send an email to outreach@albustanseeds.org with the date you would like to reserve, estimated number of attendees, and a brief description of you event.

Our outreach coordinator will then send you a Space Rental Application. If Al-Bustan is able to meet your accommodation needs, we will create a contract tailored to your event.
